Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At HomeQVista, we value your trust and are committed to providing transparent and fair policies. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before purchasing any of our services or subscriptions.


1. Cancellation Policy

For Paid Listing & Advertisement Services:

  • Once a listing or promotional service is purchased and activated on HomeQVista.net, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of a technical issue (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect plan activation), please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

For Subscription Packages:

  • Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) can be canceled any time from your dashboard. However, cancellations will only stop the auto-renewal.

  • No refund will be issued for the remaining period of the active subscription.


2. Refund Policy

  • HomeQVista does not offer refunds on listing plans or advertising services once they have been activated.

  • Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional conditions:

    • Double payment made for the same service.

    • Technical failure on our end where your listing or service wasn’t delivered.

    • Payment made, but the selected package was not activated or used.

Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by writing to:

Include:

  • Your Name

  • Registered Email

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for refund


3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are subject to transaction and processing fees (if applicable).


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Featured listing upgrades

  • Advertisement banner space

  • SEO or promotional services

  • Consultation or onboarding fees
